Lead Auditor Training

J-E-T-S has encouraged the use of highly qualified, technically capable personnel during performance-based audits and assessments for several years.  Developed for experienced auditors, this program provides attendees with the tools needed to manage the planning,  performance and reporting of audits.

This two-day program provides audit team leaders with the tools they need to effectively lead an audit.  Less experienced auditors would do better and learn more in our three day Basic & Lead Auditor Training.

Lead Auditor Training is fast-paced, providing the knowledge and skills needed to successfully fulfill the duties and objectives of lead auditor or assessment leader, consistent with NQA-1, ANSI N45.2.12, and ANSI N45.2.23 requirements.  This is not an old, warmed-over program; it uses state-of-the-art approaches to auditing and training. Using J-E-T-S newly developed POUR© process for managing audits, this program includes workshops, discussion, and examples, covering the following topics:

1. Audit/Assessment Fundamentals

2. Audit Planning (P-Plan)

3. Audit Performance (O-Observe)

4. Audit Analysis and Evaluation (U-Understand)

5. Reports (R-Report)

This training can prepare Lead Auditors to effectively meet the challenges of leading a performance-based audit and providing useful feedback to line management.
