NQA-1 Basic/Lead Auditor Training - 3-Day - Now consistent with INPO SAT criteria! J-E-T-S has encouraged the use of highly qualified, technically capable personnel during performance-based audits and assessments for many years. Developed for both new and experienced auditors, this program provides attendees with the tools needed to manage the planning, performance and reporting of performance-based audits in nuclear facilities and meet requirements for Lead Auditor training in NQA-1 and ANSI N45.2.23/N45.2.12. Lead Auditor Training is fast-paced, providing the knowledge and skills needed to successfully fulfill the duties and objectives of lead auditor or assessment leader, consistent with NQA-1, ANSI N45.2.12, and ANSI N45.2.23 requirements. This is not an old, warmed-over program; it uses state-of-the-art approaches to auditing and training, and covers industry issues like the Davis-Besse event. Using J-E-T-S POUR© process for managing audits, this program includes workshops, discussion, and examples, covering the following topics: 1. Audit/Assessment Requirements, Fundamentals, and Methods 2. Audit Planning (P-Plan) 3. Audit Performance (O-Observe) 4. Audit Analysis and Evaluation (U-Understand) 5. Reports (R-Report) This training can prepare Auditors to effectively meet the challenges of performing and leading a performance-based audit and providing useful feedback to line management.
