Objective:  About 12,000 organizations fall under 10 CFR 21! This program describes the basis and recent changes in 10 CFR 21, including reporting responsibilities, timeliness, and lessons learned by vendors, licensees, and the NRC.

This program also describes on-going regulatory efforts in reviewing 10 CFR 21 reporting along with trends currently being seen in the industry. This program uses discussion and realistic exercises to teach all levels of personnel the intent behind the regulation, and how to meet 10 CFR 21 requirements with a realistic and common sense approach.

Cost:  $3650 (first presentation, presented on site at your location), $2850 (additional presentations during the same week).  Travel extra.
